Delivery policy

Delivery Policy – CUTIE CRAFT SRL

1. General Information

This policy governs the delivery conditions for products sold through the online store www.cutiecraft.ro, operated by CUTIE CRAFT SRL, with registered office in Bucharest, Sector 1, Str. Fortunei no. 27, 2nd floor, Apt. 11, registered with the Trade Register under no. [to be completed], having Tax ID (CUI) 52548848, contact e-mail: suport@cutiecraft.ro.

Deliveries are made exclusively within Romania, through the Sameday courier service.


2. Delivery Methods and Timeframes

Delivery is carried out via express courier (Sameday) to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.
Estimated delivery time: 1 to 3 business days from the moment the order is confirmed.

For custom-made or personalized products (e.g., DIY box color selection), the processing and shipping time may be extended to up to 14 business days, depending on complexity.

All orders placed Monday to Friday before 4:00 PM are processed on the same day or the next business day.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed on the first following business day.

During promotional campaigns, sales events, or public holidays, delivery times may be extended; such information will be communicated on the website or via email.


3. Delivery Costs

  • For orders below 150 RON, a delivery fee of 15 RON applies.

  • For orders over 150 RON, delivery is free of charge.

  • For cash on delivery (COD) payments, the courier may charge an additional processing fee (displayed at checkout).

The total delivery cost is shown on the Checkout page before completing the order.


4. Packaging and Shipping

All orders are carefully packaged using appropriate protective materials to ensure product integrity during transport.

After dispatch, the customer receives an email/SMS with the AWB tracking number, allowing them to track the shipment status.


5. Package Reception

Upon receiving the parcel, we recommend:

  • checking the integrity of the packaging in the courier’s presence;

  • if the package shows visible damage, requesting a damage report from the courier and refusing delivery without this document;

  • sending a notification to suport@cutiecraft.ro within 24 hours of receiving the package, including photos and details of the issue.

Complaints made later or without supporting documents may be rejected by the courier or the seller.


6. Undelivered Orders / Delivery Failure

If delivery cannot be completed for reasons attributable to the customer (incorrect address, inactive phone number, refusal to accept, etc.), the courier will attempt to contact the recipient.
If delivery fails repeatedly, the parcel will be returned to the sender.

Resending the order is possible upon the customer’s request and may involve additional shipping costs.


7. Personalized Products

Personalized products (e.g., DIY boxes where the customer selects the color or other details) are manufactured according to the specifications provided in the order.

According to Art. 16 (c) of Government Ordinance 34/2014, such products cannot be returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects.


8. Delays and Force Majeure

CUTIE CRAFT SRL cannot be held liable for delays caused by external factors such as:

  • adverse weather conditions;

  • road blockages;

  • strikes, labor conflicts, pandemics;

  • courier service disruptions;

  • human handling errors during transport.

In such cases, customers will be notified via email/SMS, and delivery will take place as soon as conditions allow.


9. Transfer of Ownership and Risk

Ownership and associated risks are transferred to the customer upon signing for receipt of the parcel delivered by the courier.
The courier is not authorized to allow the package to be opened before signature and payment (in the case of COD orders).


10. Multiple or Partial Orders

For orders containing products with different delivery times, shipping may be:

  • in a single parcel (after all products are available), or

  • in multiple parcels, at the customer’s request, with additional shipping costs borne by the customer.


11. Delivery Areas

We deliver exclusively within Romania, in all locations covered by Sameday Courier.
For certain locations outside the standard delivery area, extra charges may apply, which will be communicated to the customer in advance.
